Our precooling technology not only prolongs the shelf life of fresh produce but also significantly enhances the quality of frozen foods. By rapidly reducing the core temperature of ingredients prior to freezing, we minimize cellular damage and drip loss during thawing—allowing for better texture and taste, with less reliance on excessive seasoning or additives. This contributes to healthier, more natural frozen meals.

We have seen particularly strong results with vegetables and fruits, which continue to sweeten and mature through controlled aging, as well as with vegetables, meats. Depending on the product, ZEROCO enables safe and high-quality storage without compromising on freshness or texture.
